I’m going to review how to get rid of body acne and how to get rid of zits fast, including how to get rid of a pimple overnight.  To know how to get rid of body acne or facial acne, you have to know what the causes of acne breakouts are.  Body acne can show up on your chest, back, neck, shoulders, buttocks and other places.  It develops the same as facial acne, and is similar, but there are differences.  Your facial skin is usually more sensitive and thin than skin on other parts of your body, particularly your back.  All acne, including body acne is caused by too much sebum (oils) being produced and inflamed by bacteria, dirt, sweat, etc., blocking the skin’s pores.

There are things you can do to learn how to get rid of body acne, how to get rid of zits fast, and how to get rid of a pimple overnight, depending on what type of acne or pimple it is.  The basic things you need to do consistently are:

• Gently cleanse your skin no more than twice a day using a gentle cleanser.  Use warm water, not cool or hot, then pat your skin dry, don’t rub

• To control the bacteria and inflammation, you can use salicylic acid, hydrogen peroxide (can dry skin) and other quality over the counter acne medicine or prescription acne medicine

• To control sebum production, you can use some topical body acne treatments.  You can’t get rid of body acne with washing alone, and depending on what type of body acne you have and how serious it is, it can take 6–8 weeks to get rid of it.  Follow the directions, how much and how often to use the topical body acne treatments.  A Dermatologist can prescribe topical acne medicines, used in conjunction with other back acne treatments like antibiotics or hydrogen peroxide (can dry skin), oral antibiotics, and other over-the-counter acne medication.  Birth control pills can help women, and other hormonal acne treatments.

• Wear loose clothes and avoid skin irritants

So, how to get rid of zits fast and how to get rid of a pimple overnight?  There are some things you can do to get rid of zits fast, spots or pimples overnight. Some are ‘unorthodox’, alternative, natural methods like these:

• Put white toothpaste on the blemish(es) and leave it on overnight (6–8 hours)

• Mix cornstarch and water together to make a thick, creamy paste.  Put it on the blemishes and leave on overnight

• Mix baking soda and water to make a paste and leave it on overnight

• Use a couple of  plain, uncoated aspirin, put in a small dish with a Few drops of water to soften.  You can add a moisturizer like cetaphil.  Leave on overnight or use it as an acne treatment mask or spot treatment

• Use pink grapefruit

i’ve been drinking a lot of apple nectar lately, I always mix it with mineral water (2 parts mineral water 1 part apple nectar) but regardless i have about 3 glasses of this combo a day starting about 3 months ago. my acne has gotten a lot worse in that time. i don’t think apples are the cause, but i looked at the ingredients and the apple nectar has high fructose corn syrup in it, so i’m wondering if that could be a big contributer to my acne problems? i eat healthy otherwise.
