Natural Acne Scar Treatment: Body Acne Treatment and Natural Acne Cures

and

To me, a natural treatment is the best way to go, because you’re not putting a lot of man-made (synthetic) chemicals and unknown ingredients into your skin or body.  You can find a quality body acne treatment and .  Acne scars are something that most of us have experienced, some more severe than others.  It can be embarrassing and affect your self esteem.  However, it’s not something you have to live with forever.  Depending on the type of acne you have, you can use concealers and temporary acne treatments, but they don’t help clear your acne and scars.  You can use a natural acne scar treatment at home to help clear your acne and acne scars permanently.  There are also natural and recipes that can help.

Natural Acne Scar Treatments and Body Acne Treatments

There are natural body acne treatments you can also use on your back, chest and other body parts.  Some natural acne scar treatments and body acne treatments are:

  • treatment: Tea tree oil has been proven to be very powerful as an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral.  It’s extracted from the leaves of an Australian tree, and has been used for acne, body odor, cold sores, bad breath and athlete’s foot.  It’s effective in killing the acne bacteria without possible damage from treatments like benzoyl peroxide acne treatment.  It can reduce the symptoms of inflammation, but some may be sensitive to it, as with anything.  I suggest using 100% pure tea tree oil diluted in pure aloe vera gel.  Add a drop or two at first for each ounce of aloe.

Another natural acne scar treatment and body acne treatment you can do at home is to:

  • Use a soft cloth, warm water and gentle facial cleanser, and gently cleanse your face or other problem area every morning and night
    • Splash rinse and gently pat it dry with a towel
  • Use a good topical acne medicine like benzoyl peroxide (fights bacteria) or salicylic acid (helps unclog pores)
  • Use sunscreen and avoid too much sun, especially if you have sensitive skin
  • Use non-comodogenic makeup for acne prone skin, and products that are oil free
  • If you shave, shave in one direction and not too often using a shaving cream that has benzoyl peroxide
  • Don’t squeeze, pinch or pop acne, whiteheads, blackheads or other forms of acne as it causes scarring internally as well as externally, damaging the tissue
  • Keep products with oil, etc. that may aggravate it away from your skin, including hair products, holding your phone against your face, etc.
  • Depending on the type of acne you have, you may have to see a Dermatologist
  • You need to be patient, because other than a new FDA approved blue light acne treatment for mild to moderate acne, you can’t get rid of pimples overnight.

Natural Acne Cures

Besides the tea trea oil acne treatment above, some other natural acne cures are:

  • Aloe Vera.  Aloe Vera is a very natural acne cure for acne.  It has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties and can also be taken internally, which helps cleanse and detoxify the system to help clear your skin.
  • Zinc can be taken in capsule form.  It strengthens the immune system which helps repair the skin.
  • Vitamin A acne cure promotes healthy skin
  • Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant, beneficial to your skin

Other natural homemade acne cures you can do yourself at home to counteract acne are to:

  • Drink a lot of water.  It helps cleanse your system and skin and keep it hydrated.  Fresh fruit and leafy vegetables also help improve your skin.
  • Pure Tomato Pulp Facial Mask.  Before you shower or bathe, apply a mixture of pure tomato pulp (not packaged), rose water and honey to your face and leave it on for 20 minutes, then wash off.
  • Cream, Glycerine and Lemon Juice.  You can apply a mixture of cream, glycerine and lemon juice to your face and keep it on for 15–20 minutes before washing

Another natural acne scar treatment option that has been very successful for acne sufferers is Acne Free in 3 Days.  Some of my visitors have tried it, and it’s received rave reviews.  It shows you what you can do to naturally eliminate acne for good.  Here’s some feedback I received from one of my customers on the product:

"Well I’m making an appointment to visit my family dr. to discuss testing for the Candida Yeast. That seems to be the issue. I loved the book and found it most informative. I was able to identify with Chris 100%. I have since changed my diet and have been avoiding all the things that seem to contribute to the problem...  I did start taking the things he indicated... and my skin looks clearer. I actually haven’t had more than 2 pimples in over a week now. I’m very grateful that I was able to find this book on your site. It’s been the answer I was looking for, for over 2 decades."  Carley Dorney, 32, Easton PA
Using a natural acne scar treatment or body acne treatment is the best way to go, as well as a variety of natural acne cures and natural homemade acne treatments.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  I'd be happy to help you.

Acne Natural Product: Natural Acne Products and the Best Acne Treatment Product

homemade acne scar treatment

Many of us get zits, and some of us get more than others.  But almost no one escapes puberty or other hormonal changes without dealing with a flare-up now and then.  As I’ve talked about before, things like stress, diet, genetics, life style and environment are .  You can successfully manage and treat most breakouts.  There are some things to be aware of before buying an acne natural product, over the counter acne product, or acne treatment medicine:

  • Know your skin type.  If you have oily skin, get a gel based acne natural product.  If you have dry skin, you can get a cream.  If you have combination skin, get a product that works best for the affected areas.
  • If you have sensitive skin, you want a lower concentration of the active ingredient in the .  If it’s too strong, it can make your acne worse, irritate or damage your skin, or even increase oil production.  You want a mild formula.
  • Some mild creams can be used as a preventative, but most acne treatment creams are too strong to use before you feel or see a zit.  Apply it to the more acne prone areas or acne you already have.

Natural acne products contain natural organic ingredients like plant extracts.  They soothe the affected areas and help dry up the pimples.  Most of these products have natural ingredients like Vitamin E, aloe vera, grapeseed oil and essential oils.  They soothe the redness and irritation, and moisturize the acne prone areas.  However, just because these products are doesn’t mean that they’re mild or won’t irritate your skin.  If you have sensitive skin, you should test the product, and if you have an allergic reaction, stop using any product immediately.

Most acne treatment products are not natural, they’re synthetic.  These products contain unnatural, scientifically altered ingredients that may damage your skin, body and system.  The best acne treatment product is a 100% natural organic product with natural extracts from plant sources, etc.

acne free in 3 days how does it workThe best way to treat your acne naturally and permanently to kill the acne causing toxins and bacteria is from the inside out, at its source.  The way to do this is by detoxifying your body, flushing these toxins from your sytem.  One acne treatment product that’s had great results is .  The ebook tells you exactly what to do and what not to do to cleanse your system and get rid of the acne causing toxins and bacteria in as little as three days they say.  I’ve done a lot of research on this product, and one of my visitors tried after reading my , and this is what she had to say:

“I loved the book and found it most informative. I was able to identify with Chris 100%. I have since changed my diet and have been avoiding all the things… that seem to contribute to the problem…  I did start taking the… things Chris said, and my skin looks clearer. I actually haven’t had more than 2 pimples in over a week now. I’m very grateful that I was able to find this book on your site. It’s been the answer I was looking for, for over 2 decades.” Carly Dorney, 32, PA

This is personal feedback to me from an Acne Free in 3 Days user after visiting my site, and her response was amazing since she hadn’t found anything that worked in over ten years!  Although I thoroughly research these products before promoting them, her feedback was a confirmation of what I thought following my research.

Acne Free in 3 Days has a “more than” 60 Day Risk Free 100% Money Back Guarantee, so if you decide you don’t want it or it doesn’t work for you, you’ll get a full refund.  It’s inexpensive, and Chris offers several bonuses in addition to his Acne Free in 3 Days book or ebook.  You get immediate access, and you can view many real customer reviews and results at their site by clicking on the book above.  If you decide to try it, I’d love to hear your feedback, as well so I can continue to receive actual customer results and feedback, good or bad.

My preference is always acne natural products and natural acne solutions, because there are no questionable or altered ingredients that you don’t know what they’ll do to your system.  I believe natural acne products made from all natural organic sources are the best if they’re truly 100% natural and organic.  As I’ve said, one of the is a body detoxification product as above, because it gets rid of the causes of acne breakouts at the source — in your system.  It’s a great way to cleanse your body and system to get rid of the acne causing bacteria and toxins, you can do it fairly often to maintain skin and body health, and maintain an acne free complexion.  Natural acne solutions are always the best.

Back Acne Treatment: Cure Back Acne Tips for a Back Acne Scar Treatment

Friday, November 20th, 2009

back acne scar treatment

The are clogged pores in your skin created by too much sebum oil built up in the glands.  Although there are differences with this works the same for all acne.  I’m going to briefly review what you can do as a back treatment to .

Your back is made of tougher skin with thousands of sebaceous glands that produce alot of oil. Since the sebaceous glands on the back are larger than on your face or other parts of the body, they produce more oil.  This means that they can also produce more acne scars more frequently.  The skin on your back is much thicker than the skin on your face and other body parts, so it can be harder to treat.

Back acne is also referred to as “”.  But there is another form of acne caused by irritation of the skin from materials constantly rubbing against it.  This is very common with back acne, and it’s called “acne mechanica”.  If you wear tight clothes, carry backpacks, press anything against the back or when laying down such as lifting weights on a weight bench, etc., this will aggravate back acne.  It makes it worse if you’re sweaty, because moisture increases it.  Your back’s always in contact with your clothes, bed, chairs and the seat in your vehicle, but there are some things you can do to imrove your back acne scar treatment:

  • Wear clean, light and loose breathable clothing like cotton
  • Shower right after you’ve had a heavy workout or excessive sweating from activity
  • You can use a long handled loofah pad and anti-bacterial cleanser, and make gentle circular motions on all of the problem areas.  Rinse and gently pat the acne prone areas dry so you don’t irritate it even more.  This will also help exfoliate your skin by removing dead skin cells and speed up the healing process.  If you use a scrub, use a sugar-based scrub because it’s not as harsh.
  • Drink a lot of water, as water removes the toxins caused by the bacteria from your body, reducing acne and acne breakouts, as well.
  • Eat a healthy balanced diet, because the nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants in the ‘good’ foods make a big difference in your skin as well as your overall health.

Cure Back Acne

If you do the things above, this will cut down on the buildup of moisture, sweat, dirt and bacteria on your back.  Try to keep your clothes dry and your bedding clean and soft.  You can also try hypoallergenic laundry soaps and softeners, as these may irritate your skin.  Try one treatment for a few weeks before trying another unless it’s irritating to your skin.

There are back acne treatment sprays and acne supplements available to help cure back acne, and a dermatologist can make recommendations, but for an all natural that works and is inexpensive, I suggest you try by Chris Gibson.  It’s a totally natural way you can treat all kinds of acne from the inside out, which is where the problem begins, and you can access it right away.  It comes with a Risk Free 100% Money Back Guarantee so you can return it, but it’s helped most everyone that’s tried it.  Just click on the book above.

  • Use 2T of instant plain oatmeal which gently and effectively cleanses your skin naturally.  It absorbs and removes surface dirt and impurities and exfoliates the skin, leaving it soft and smooth.

  • Leave it on your skin for 15–20 minutes or until dry.
  • Using warm water to exfoliate dead skin cells, add it to the various areas to moisturize and dampen the paste, gently cleansing and removing the homemade facial mask.
  • Gently pat dry, and you’ll have soft, smooth and radiant skin.

Causes of Acne Breakouts

Tuesday, June 2nd, 2009

Causes of Acne Breakouts, and

cause of adult acne

There are many contributing causes of acne breakouts.  Acne results from unhealthy toxins built up in the body over time.  Some of the most common causes of acne include diet, stress, hormones, environment, bacteria, medicine, makeup, etc.  It’s initiated by blocked hair follicles, the thought being that the follicles become blocked after abnormal flaking of the cells.  The blocked follicle gets larger and ruptures, which causes oil to leak into the skin.  This causes swelling and inflammation, but there are treatments you can use for your face, neck, chest, etc. including a treatment.  I’ll review some easy ways for you to learn yourself naturally.

You can take an antibiotic for acne treatment, but the you can do is by being conscientious about the following causes. Most associate acne with puberty and adolescense; however, these are also big , and there’s even baby acne treatments available.

Common Causes of Acne Breakouts:

Hormones:  We all know that puberty is a big contributor to acne.  That’s because “sex hormones” (androgens) peak during puberty, which is why so many acne sufferers are adolescents and teens.  Hormones are also a cause of flare-ups during menstruation, and is why there’s a relationship between pregnancy and acne treatment pregnancy options.

Diet:  Although it’s a cliche, you really are what you eat, and your diet is very important in how you feel.  If your diet includes a lot of sugars, carbohydrates, fats or oils, it may aggravate your acne.  People put way too much unhealthy food and drink in their bodies that have little to no nutritional value.  And, although your body can process a certain amount of toxins, this overloads the digestive process, and causes the toxins to be dispursed throughout your body.

A healthy body is obviously much more immune to infections, bacteria, and viruses. That’s why some people are more prone to illness than others. It’s also known to be one of the root causes for cancer, which only required a change in diet to eliminate the cancer (noted cases).  It’s also the root cause of acne breakouts.

This is based on your body’s pH balance.  Your body relies on a delicatebalance of acid and alkali.  The pH (potential of Hydrogen) of any substance is measured by a range of 0 to 14; 0 is the most acidic, 14 the most alkaline, and 7 neutral, which is where you want to be.  We all hear about how good water is for us.  This is because the human body is about 75% water, and water is neutral with a pH of exactly 7.  So, our body needs to be as neutral as possible.

Everything we put into our body has a pH level.  As we all know, the majority of food today is way too acidic; from processed foods you buy in the stores to the “to go” and fried foods available everywhere.  All of these have an acidic effect on the body, and cause excess toxins to build up.  There are natural acne products you can use that won’t damage your body or skin, and will help heal the causes of your acne breakouts Naturally.  It doesn’t have to be expensive.

acne free in three days

Stress:  Stress is a big contributor to production of the hormone cortisol, which aggravates acne. When you’re stressed, your body queues the skin’s oil glands to enlarge, which secretes more oil, resulting in blackheads, white heads and pimples.

Your Environment: The environment you live in has a big impact on your skin and overall health. Pollution and humidity are not good for your skin, and high humidity actually causes your skin to “swell”.

Your Family Genes:  Acne’s inherited, and severe cases known as cystic acne usually come from heredity.

Oily or heavy Make up: Oily makeup obviously makes your skin oily, which makes the problem worse if your skin is already oily.  And, heavy makeup will clog your pores. Abrasive cleansers:  If you use strong exfoliators to cleanse, they can damage skin and spread infections.

Vitamins / Medicines / Steroids: Vitamin is helpful.  But, although vitamins are good for your body, anything in excess, including vitamins, can have bad effects.  One example is excess of a , such as B1, B6, and B12.  It can lead to acne flare-ups, so you should also avoid over-use of these, as anything.  They always say “Moderation”, and it’s true.

Squeezing or Picking Your Whiteheads Pimples and Blackheads:  Doing this can obviously cause scarring, and actually sends the infection deeper under your skin. One of the best solutions for acne scars is not to do this!

Solutions for Acne Scars

your last acne solution If you want to get to the root causes of acne breakouts and and find solutions for acne scars, be conscientious about your diet, don’t use heavy or oily makeup, don’t over-use vitamins, medicine, etc., be aware of your environment, and try to keep your stress level down, which helps reduce acne as well as health issues.  There are other options available like blue light acne treatment and laser treatment, and you can see before and after results in other articles.

Acne Free in 3 Days Review I only look for the best quality products with the highest ratings and results, as well as 100% Money Back Guarantees. I’ve found this in a product that Guarantees improvement in 3 days.  It’s a Top Seller, they indicate excellent results, and it has a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee.  It’s called Acne Free in 3 Days by Chris Gibson.  Chris has been touted on several television shows, and there are tons of testimonials about this product on their site.  He also offers 7 great bonuses you can keep even if you decide you don’t want “Acne Free in 3 Days”.  If you want to learn more about it, click on one of the links above or read my full review at the Acne Free in 3 Days Review page and let me know what you think. I did a lot of research on this, reviewing claims and getting this response from a visitor who purchased it, and  definitely seems to be one of the most effective acne treatment products:

Acne Free in 3 Days Review

Tuesday, June 2nd, 2009

:  Is the ?

acne free in three days

There are a lot of products out there claiming an “”, “”, “most effective acne treatment”, “how to be ”.  You get the picture.  These are big claims.  However, I’ve done a lot of research on this issue, and reviewed the top current acne free treatments, reviews, testimonials, and claims out there.

In my research, I looked in to “Acne Free in 3 Days”, which is touted as being the #1 Alternative Acne Solution.   I’m going to summarize my personal findings on this product, and give you my “Acne Free in 3 Days review”.

There are many acne products that claim you can be acne free in less than seven days — one week.  But, I’m going to tell you straight what they’re trying to sell you, and whether their methods work.  A lot of these programs that claim this are really detoxification diets (body detox or body cleanse).  This is essentially ‘flushing out’ the toxins and candida from your system, including your bowel, blood, liver, colon, kidneys, and stored in your body fat.  This helps your skin along with everything else in your body’s system.  They’re usually temporary, and you’ll want to detox your body periodically, but not overdo it.  In my research, I’ve found that Chris’ system does this.  It’s been said it can work long-term, it’s a natural home remedy, and heals your skin from the inside out, which is the only way you will heal acne permanently.

I’m going to use the acne free in 3 days book as an example of these claims.  The acne free in 3 days ebook promises you will be acne free in three days.  This sounds great, but does it work?  Chris Gibson, a prior chronic acne sufferer, developed Acne Free in 3 Days, a natural, holistic treatment to prevent acne at its source.  The website says it’s “the only proven, holistic way to heal, restore, and have beautiful, clear skin”He’s received media attention as a trusted and recognized authority on the subject, and has been featured nationally and abroad on shows like ABC, Fox, CBS, Doug Kauffman’s “Know the Cause”, and the CW’s “Daily Buzz”.  I’ll give you the facts that I see, and you can decide for yourself whether this may work for you.

acne free in 3 days how does it workAcne Free in Three Days

Chris’ Acne Free in Three Days treatment system says it includes scientifically-proven secrets that cured his acne in 3 days without harsh prescription drugs or the ongoing expense of over-the-counter acne products, many of which don’t work, or you have to keep using.  He and many others claim his system is a fast and easy way to get rid of your pimples, zits, whiteheads, blackheads, and acne scars marks permanently without side effects, and it’s suitable for all skin types.  He said his skin was completely clear, smooth, and healthy looking in 3 days; his skin was rejuvenated from the inside out.

From what I’ve read in my research, his system does “give you clear, concise, easy-to-follow, step-by-step directions to eliminate most, if not all of your acne in 3 days if you follow his advice”, he says.  He researched available that temporarily help the symptoms, but not the causes of acne breakouts, so it’s a continuous costly battle.  He offers a full 60-day money back guarantee, so if you don’t see the results after trying his system, you will receive a full, no questions asked refund.  He also includes seven free bonuses with his system, including:

  • 79 Fat Loss & Exercise Questions Answered
  • Beauty and Weight Loss Tips
  • Lessons from the Miracle Doctors
  • Ultimate Prevention & Removal Guide
  • Fine Lines and Wrinkles Reduction Guide
  • Steps to Personal Growth
  • Exclusive interview with Chris, where he answers common questions, and provides exclusive material (not in the book) on the aspects of acne and its negative effects on the body, as well as other topics

Acne Free in 3 Days is very reasonably priced, especially considering what people pay over and over again to try to treat their acne.  You can see many reviews and testimonials from real customers at the website:  Acne Free in 3 Days.  (I’ve recently received great feedback from one of my visitors on this system, and she’d had no luck for ten years. See that below.)  Chris also gives you access to a free 5 part email report, “The Five Secrets to Clearing Your Skin” when you go to his website through one of these links.

After a lot of research, reviewing acne free product claims, and receiving this response from one of my visitors that purchased itAcne Free in Three Days continues to seem to be a most effective

"Well I’m making an appointment to visit my family dr. to discuss testing for the Candida Yeast. That seems to be the issue. I loved the book and found it most informative. I was able to identify with Chris 100%. I have since changed my diet and have been avoiding all the things... that seem to contribute to the problem...   I did start taking the [things he indicated]... and my skin looks clearer. I actually haven’t had more than 2 pimples in over a week now. I’m very grateful that I was able to find this book on your site. It’s been the answer I was looking for, for over 2 decades."  Carley Dorney, 32, Easton PA
This makes me feel good, because this is what I strive for!

  • It’s a very reasonably priced one time payment versus over and over again for other treatments, depending on the type of your acne
  • It has a full 60 Day Money Back Guarantee so you have nothing to lose
  • It’s been approved by the FDA due to its great results and safety
  • It’s scientifically proven
  • Chris says it works long-term and permanently if you follow his instructions
  • They say their users have found significant results in 3 days, with complete healing in 1–2 weeks
  • It works from the source inside out, which is the only way it will heal versus “covering it up”
  • It’s natural, and there are no side effects

I have to agree that from everything I’ve read and seen, and the direct feedback from one of my visitors above, that it does seem to be the #1 Alternative Acne Treatment as indicated, and he throws in 7 useful bonuses to boot, which is nice.

Vitamin A And Acne: Does Using Vitamin A For Acne Really Help?

Vitamin A and Acne:  Does Using Really Help?

vitamin a for acne

What is the relationship between Vitamin A and acne?  Does it really treat acne, and if so, what are the benefits, possible detriments and side effects?  Learn why Vitamin A is beneficial for treating acne, how it works, and the possible side effects.

The reduces inflammation associated with causes of acne breakouts.  Vitamin C ()is the only that acts as a true anti-inflammatory, but that doesn’t mean other vitamins and minerals aren’t effective in healing the (acne).

As indicated in a prior post, “”, excess vitamins are removed from the body, with the exception of the fat soluble Vitamins A, D and E which are stored in the body.  This means that they can have serious side effects, particularly Vitamin A. The water soluble vitamins, such as Vitamin B5, are eliminated from the body, but can also cause dangerous side effects.  However, vitamins and minerals are essential for the health of the body and skin, including maintaining a strong immune system and hormonal balance.  You need to make sure you’re getting at least the minimum recommended daily allowance of multi-vitamins and minerals.

Vitamin A for Acne

vitamin a for acneVitamin A and the B vitamins are very important in the health of your skin.  Vitamin A has omegas, which are essential fatty acids that restore the skin’s moisture barrier, the protective skin layer.  Retinol is a derivative of Vitamin A, and a can cause acne.  Vitamin A has exfoliant and anti-wrinkle properties, reduces acne and promotes clear skin.  It strengthens the skin, and prevents the collagen and elastin from breaking down.  A deficiency in Vitamin A can lead to acne, but taking too much Vitamin A can also cause acne.  It can be dangerous, particularly when it comes to acne and pregnancy or other health issues.  See my article concerning this.

Side effects of Vitamin A can include dizziness, headaches, nausea and vomiting, menstrual issues, irritability, and itchiness.  Long-term overuse can lead to muscle and bone pain, and liver damage.  You can have symptoms at a lower dosage, so I encourage you to talk to your doctor prior to starting a regimen, and monitor it closely.

In summary, you can see there’s a very beneficial relationship between Vitamin A and acne, and it can be a part of .  But, you should research it and talk to your doctor, because there are strict dosage requirements and side effects with all vitamins and minerals.

There are some very helpful I recommend.  However, one very well, and is touted as being the #1 Alternative Acne Solution” is “”.  is essentially a body detoxification diet that flushes all of the harmful toxins from your body that are , as well as general health problems.  See my “Acne Free in 3 Days Review”.

Other top selling acne treatment products and I can recommend that are very successful, have great reviews, testimonials, and money back guarantees, are listed in “”.

I hope this article has been helpful, and I look forward to your feedback.

Acne Free in 3 Days Review: Is it the Most Effective Acne Treatment?

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009

:  Is it the ?

acne free in three days

There are a lot of acne treatment products that claim to be , , or the most effective acne treatment.  But, I’ve done a lot of research on this issue, reviewing the top current s, claims, testimonials, and reviews. During this research, I looked at “”, advertised as the #1 Alternative Acne Solution.   I’m going to summarize what I learned, and give you my ” acne free in 3 days review “.

There are a lot of acne products that claim you can be acne free in a week or less.  A lot of these programs are really body detoxification diets, which flushes the toxins and candida from your system.  This does helps your skin, as well, but they’re usually temporary.

In my research, I learned that Chris Gibson’s system does this.  But, it’s natural, and heals your skin from the inside out, which is the only way you will heal acne permanently.  It can also work long-term.

The acne free in 3 days book promises you’ll be , but does it work?  Chris came up with this system, because he’s a prior chronic acne sufferer.  This is a natural, holistic treatment that will prevent the formation of acne at its source.  He has received media attention as a trusted and recognized authority on this.  But, I’ll tell you all the facts I see, and let you decide whether this may work for you.

Acne Free in Three Days

The Acne Free in Three Days treatment system includes scientifically-proven secrets that cured Chris’ acne in 3 days without prescription drugs or continuous expense of OTC acne products; which are temporary, you have to keep using them, or they don’t work.  Hundreds of thousands claim this system is a quick and simple way to , pimples, blackheads, whiteheads and acne scars and marks permanently.  They also say it’s suitable for all skin types, and there aren’t any side effects.

From everything I’ve learned in doin this research, this system does give you clear, step-by-step directions so you can eliminate most or all of your acne in 3 days if you follow his advice.  He spent years trying to find a solution, and researched all that  temporarily help the symptoms, but not the causes of acne breakouts

Chris offers a full 60-day money back guarantee if you don’t see satisfactory results, and includes seven bonuses:

  • 79 Fat Loss & Exercise Questions Answered
  • Beauty and Weight Loss Tips
  • Lessons from the Miracle Doctors
  • Ultimate Prevention & Removal Guide
  • Fine Lines and Wrinkles Reduction Guide
  • Steps to Personal Growth
  • Exclusive interview with Chris, where he answers common questions about acne, offers exclusive material on acne characteristics and its negative effects on the body, and other topics not reviewed in the book

Acne Free in 3 Days is priced very reasonably, especially considering what you pay over and over again to treat your acne.  There are a lot of testimonials and reviews, and if you want to read more about it, you can go to the website:  Acne Free in 3 Days.  He’ll also give you access to a free 5 part email report, “The Five Secrets to Clearing Your Skin”.

So, after spending a lot of time researching and reviewing acne free product claims, I believe that Acne Free in Three Days is a most effective acne treatment. Since you only pay for it once and get a full 60 day money back guarantee, you can’t lose.  It’s also been approved by the FDA for its safety and results.  Those that have tried it have had substantial results in three days with total healing in one to two weeks.  It’s scientifically proven, and works from the inside out, which is the only way it will truly heal, and it has been shown to work permanently and long-term.  It’s natural, and there are no apparent side effects, both of which are very important for your skin and general health.  I have to say that from all of my research it does appear to be the #1 Alternative Acne Treatment it’s cracked up to be.  And you get 7 high quality bonuses, as well — not bad!
